SoftCore Digital LLC sells digital products only. No physical items are shipped, and there are no shipping fees.

How you receive your order

• Right after payment, a download link appears on your order confirmation page.
• The same link is sent to the email address you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
• Files are delivered as PDF (and ZIP where noted) and can be downloaded on any device.

Didn't get your files?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find your download link after 24 hours, or the link does not work, email support@softcoredigital.store with your order number and we will send it again.

Worldwide availability

Because delivery is digital, our products are available to customers worldwide with no customs or import fees.
